Checkin was very easy. Owner responsive and clear directions. Walk to beach was short and sunrises on the balcony were awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a 4th floor unit (under the building parking being the "1st floor" plus 3 levels above) with no elevator. But the deck has a good ocean view. Easy access to the beach and good location.

New it was top floor but 50 steps no bathroom by pool not good choice if breathing issues are a concern and a little pricey for accommodations
