It's part of a small family orientated neighbourhood and would be suitable for contractors, families or friends wishing to visit Beverley, Hull and the East Riding. Perfect Place to rest after work or exploring the city and a great base to explore East Riding. 2 Mins drive from Flemingate, 6 mins in car from Beverley Centre and 16 mins to Hull University.

The house is ideally located to the city centre, train and bus stations.

Just to let you know, the neighbourhood is quite peaceful and quiet, and the community here really values that calm atmosphere. People tend to keep to themselves a bit more, especially when it comes to noise or large gatherings. Each booking includes a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The dining table and chairs comfortably seat four, with space for up to six. The door in the dining area open to a lovely garden.
LOUNGE
In the lounge area, guests can unwind on a sofa and arm chair while enjoying smart TV with access to popular streaming services (subscriptions required).
BEDROOM
This property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms: with 4 comfortable single beds and a double bed.
BATHROOM
There is the downstairs bathroom with level access to shower and w.c and upstairs family bathroom with bath and shower.
UTILITY AREA
There is a spacious utility area with a washer and sink.
PARKING
There is enough space to park two vehicles.

Nice, clean house, lovely and warm in cold March. Great location for walking into Beverley with all amenities. Plenty of car parking space too. Two of the double bedrooms are quite small. Otherwise well kitted out and spacious
