- An open-plan kitchen with a central island, equipped with: sink, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and various other accessories (grater, chopping board, utensils);
- One bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink;
Upstairs:
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- A second bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A third bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink;
- Unfenced garden and south-facing terrace with a dining table for 8 people.
- Parking available in the garage or in front of the house.
