About this apartment rental
I extend a warm greeting to you in my 38 square meter flat on the third level WITH elevator, right in the center of Paris's 10th district. You can go throughout Paris with ease because it is perfectly situated near the rail terminals at Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. There are a lot of stores, pubs, and restaurants in this bustling neighborhood. There is cozy lodging here for up to two persons. Excellent stay:)

Located in the 10th district of Paris, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful living room area with a convertible sofa to relax after an intense Parisian day. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Elevator You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
