Vacation apartment for up to 10 people

The vacation apartments are located on the first floor and the top floor and can accommodate up to 10 people. In the first-floor apartment, you’ll find a living/sleeping area with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), a pull-out couch (1.40 x 1.90), a desk, a TV, and a closet. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of your own garden and the neighboring garden with fruit trees. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker with coffee, has everything you could want. In the cozy dining area in the kitchen, you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or a home-cooked meal while taking in the view of the valley. In the children’s room, you’ll find a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00), a car-shaped bed (0.90 x 2.00), many different games, toys, children’s books, and a kids’ foosball table. In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet, along with shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, hand cream, body lotion, and plenty of fresh towels for all guests. In the top-floor apartment, you’ll find a large living/bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), a pull-out couch (1.40 x 2.00), a dining table for 2 people, a kitchenette with a stove and dishes, a coffee maker with coffee, a kettle, various types of tea, a refrigerator, and a TV. In the small room next to the entrance, you’ll find a pull-out couch (1.60 x 2.00), a crib (0.70 x 1.40), a table and chairs for 2 people, and a TV for a relaxing day or to wind down at the end of the day. There is also a separate restroom with a sink in the apartment. In the hallway, you’ll find children’s books and games. All beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and since we place a high priority on animal welfare, you won’t find any down comforters here. You’re welcome to use the blankets stored in the closets if you’d like to make things cozier or warmer. Wi-Fi is free in our house; you’ll find the login information in the hallway near the entrance. Pets are welcome guests in our home. In addition, upon request, we offer children’s chairs (inflatable chair cushions, high chairs), a travel crib, dog beds, food bowls, and dog toys free of charge. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via the key box at the entrance. Pets are allowed for a fee (maximum of 2 dogs, 5 euros per dog per night). The visitor’s tax of 1.90 EUR per person (free for ages 0–5 / 1.25 EUR for ages 6–15) per night will be charged additionally on site. The base price includes Wi-Fi, parking, electricity, heat, and water, as well as final cleaning, bed linens, and towels.
