Všechno skvělé. Krásná okolní příroda. V parném létě příjemné chladné prostředí v nadmořské výšce 1100 m n m. Naučná stezka na Modravu je nádherná.
Některé pokoje jsou blízko hlavní cesty. Naštěstí v noci téměř žádná auta nejezdí.

Krásné ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě, možnost uložení kol, kuchyň dostatečně vybavená, parkování hned u ubytování a zdarma.
Apartmány by potřebovaly ještě trošku "doladit". V prvé řadě by to chtělo předložku ke sprchovému koutu, nějaký botník a hlavně nějaké věšáky. V létě je to v pohodě, ale v zimě po lyžování si to fakt neumím představit. A v "kvildském" apartmánu by to chtělo do horního pokoje závěsy na okno - sluníčko je super, ale když vám od 6h od rána vypaluje oči, není to zrovna nejpříjemnější. V kuchyni by byla potřeba digestoř (podařilo se nám spustit hasičský hlásič) a určitě by se využil i toustovač.
