Apartmán je velmi čistý o dobře vybavený. Je na kopci a tak jsme si často nasazovali běžky hned za dveřmi. Přístupová silnice je udržována i za silného sněžení. Místo je tiché a klidné.
To že je apartmá na kopci má i svojí odvrácenou stranu. Pokud přijdete z výletu dolů do Modravy tak vás čeká ještě kus do kopce :-).

Krásný výhled na celou Modravu, parkování zdarma hned u objektu, cena.
(Není to nic zásadního, jen podněty pro zlepšení) Nefunkční žaluzie, nebo jakákoliv jiná alternativa zatemnění okna, chybějící termoventili na topení a tím pádem dost těžká regulace topení, závěs na vaně aby se dalo lépe sprchovat

Alles was man braucht , ist vorhanden !!! Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft , ein und auschecken unproblematisch !!!
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden mit dem Charme der Vergangenheit !
