Sleep 6 in our 2 bedrooms - 1 King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. Smart TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room. Spectrum Cable TV provided with your rental.
Views of Lake Erie from 2 Private Balconies, Open Floor Plan and Full Kitchen. Relax at the Clubhouse Pool, Grilling Station, Sauna, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and Lounge Area. We are located on the 3rd floor, HOWEVER, you only need to climb 2 flights of stairs. Just for reference, it takes us 20 seconds to climb the 2 flights and we are NOT spring chickens!
**Please note: Our condominium is a NON-smoking /NON-vaping rental . There is NO smoking or vaping on the balconies as per the HOA guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.
