I just love this house! It is historical but neat, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans. The screened in porch overlooking the water is so relaxing. I look forward to another visit.

We loved staying right on the water in Port Clinton, with quick access to restaurants, the ferry to the islands, and the beach. We loved watching the drawbridge, trains, boats and fisherman from the house. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was great. We stayed during the massive heatwave, and unfortunately the AC wasn’t fully functional upstairs, so we had to adjust sleeping arrangements, but the host responded right away and made arrangements to get it fixed. Overall, I recommend this nostalgic little waterside cottage as a great alternative to hotels—especially if you bring pets and kids along.

The Owner was very up front about the conditions of the water level in the Lake. They met us at the property because of construction on the drive and made sure that everything was okay for us and offered to move us to another property if we weren't satisfied.

We loved the location, but were a little surprised to be surrounded by mobile home/rv campgrounds. Tammy and Mark are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the game room, but were surprised to find out that it is shared. Having a dock for the boat was very convenient. We all enjoyed the relaxation of the area and the ability to bring our dog along too! Thank you Tammy and Mark!

We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come again. My husband and his brother enjoyed fishing with the brother’s grandsons as it was their first time fishing. It was a great experience for them. Tammy, our host, was easy to talk to and very attentive. She helped to make this trip enjoyable. I have not problem recommending this property to others.

My husband and I were very pleased with this property. The house is spacious and homey! Plenty of room to accommodate multiple guests, complete with all the amenities needed, and close to multiple restaurants, stores, and attractions. My husband and I especially loved the waterfront view and the walk out dock! We were able to do some light fishing right on the property! There were some fishing poles, tackle, and kayaks available for use as well. The yard was perfect size for our two dogs to play. The host was very nice and responded promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return during warmer weather.

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at this adorable vacation home! The area is super quiet and the neighbors are so nice! We had fun fishing and going on a couple of day trips. Lots to see in the area too! The owner Tammy is great to work with and very nice too!! We will stay again for sure!!

We did a little getaway after the kids’ dad/ my boyfriend returned from a 7 month deployment. This place was everything we were looking for! Kids loved it and so did we! The water in the back yard was so nice! Kids were able to fish and we even took the canoe out for a few for a morning paddle! Close to everything we wanted to do in town. Homeowners were very welcoming! We definitely want to go back in the future and can’t wait to see what updates they make!
