Enjoy plenty of (optional) natural light, generous space for relaxation or work, and a prime location just steps from restaurants and the city’s best tourist attractions.
The Space:
Experience the unique charm of our two-loft duplex, featuring The Bourbon Penthouse and The Bleu. These two spacious lofts boast thoughtfully designed layouts, perfect for groups or families. Together, they offer three King beds, two Queen beds, and one Twin & trundle. Explore the spaces:
The primary common space includes a long 8-seater dining table, a long leather couch, and a single day bed ideal for lounging and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a kitchen island, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Experience comfort, style, and functionality in every corner of this duplex.
The Neighborhood:
Step outside the Downtown Penthouse Duplex and immerse yourself in the vibrant heart of Louisville! Located right at the start of Bourbon Trail, you'll be steps away from a diverse array of attractions and the local culinary scene. This location puts you in the center of it all, offering easy access to everything the city has to offer.
Getting Around:
Enjoy the city view in a secure building, located at the start of Bourbon Trail, Museum Row, and just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main, and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're also only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs. Leaving downtown? The Ninth Street highway exit is one block away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may be flexible upon request. Please note that parking is available on the street and also paid parking options nearby (free parking is west of 9th street, $6 per day for the lot directly next to the building, or metered street parking). We kindly ask that you adhere to our no-pets and no-smoking policies.
