This property consists of two levels with an open floor plan on the second level, with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. The large private deck offers additional space to unwind, complete with comfy sofa seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a sunset cocktail after a fun-filled day.
The property features five beautifully appointed bedrooms designed with rest and relaxation in mind. The first bedroom provides a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks (sleeps 4). The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle. The fourth bedroom has a queen, and the fifth bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals with ease, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a gourmet dinner. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen island for casual meals or evening cocktails.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off the saltwater in the outdoor shower or wash down your gear with the outdoor hose. There is a locked exterior closet in the back of the house that houses all the beach chairs. Bikes and strollers can be stored here as well, as it is secure.
There are two dedicated parking lots in the rear of the home and unlimited street parking with no meters.
