A memorable vacation awaits you in this first level 3 bedroom/2 bath fairway corner condo. The condo has direct golf course/water views and is ideally located with close access to the community pools and tennis/pickle ball courts. The open concept living, kitchen and dining areas combine for a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Enjoy coastal-themed décor with elegant furniture, new ceramic flooring and overhead ceiling fans with central heat & air throughout.
The living room is a cozy place to relax with new furniture including a reclining sofa and love seat, a large Smart TV for streaming (guests must use own streaming services), and expansive windows offering beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area making this an ideal space for preparing meals while enjoying socializing with friends and family. The dining table seats eight and there is a raised breakfast bar with additional seating space. A screened porch is located just off the common area and is the perfect spot for enjoying the coastal breeze. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with an evening beverage in this relaxing space while taking in the scenery of the golf course, surrounding trees and wildlife.
The condo has three bedrooms all tastefully decorated to reflect a laid-back coastal vibe. The master suite has a King bed, Smart TV and sliding glass doors that open to the screened porch. It has an interior private bath with a walk-in shower and large closet. The second front bedroom has a King bed, and a third front bedroom has a Full bed and desk/chair allowing for remote work. A shared hallway bath is available for the two front bedrooms and common area which has a shower/tub enclosure and single sink. This bath also has a laundry closet with full-sized washer/dryer.
On-site outdoor activities include two outdoor pools, tennis/pickle ball courts and free-standing charcoal grills & tables. If desired, a game of golf at may be arranged at the nearby clubhouse with 3 nines available. Located only minutes from Sunset Beach and along Sandpiper Bay Golf Links the community is a retreat perfect for creating unforgettable memories.
