This condo is perfect for your golf and beach vacation! Located on second level this 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in the Sandpiper Bay Golf community is a serene spot with golf course views and close proximity to Sunset Beach. The open concept floor plan allows for entertainment enjoyment throughout with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. There are water/fairway views from the common areas of the condo as well as the master bedroom. A screened porch adjoins both the living room and master bedroom offering the perfect space to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beverage while enjoying the view. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals to enjoy with friends and family. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the raised kitchen bar for two. The large living room area has a large screen television and comfortable furniture with coastal vibes. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, ceiling fans and a private full bath. The front two bedrooms each have a queen bed and access to a shared full bath in the entry hallway of the condo. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with full-sized washer/dryer. Located only minutes from Sunset Beach and a multitude of area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Community outdoor pools, hot tub, charcoal grills and picnic tables are located throughout the condo complex. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included.

Clean, well laid out space. It was nice for our kiddos to have separate spaces. 3rd floor but the steps access wasn’t too steep or hard to navigate with children and our things. We were comfortable and additional details for thermostats and laundry were well notated. It was rainy and wet all weekend so we didn’t enjoy the pool - but the space looks well kept and inviting. Check in/check out instructions were simple and clear. Host and management communicated beautifully with us prior to and during our stay.
