This condo is perfect for your golf and beach vacation! Located on second level this 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in the Sandpiper Bay Golf community is a serene spot with golf course views and close proximity to Sunset Beach. The open concept floor plan allows for entertainment enjoyment throughout with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. There are water/fairway views from the common areas of the condo as well as the master bedroom. A screened porch adjoins both the living room and master bedroom offering the perfect space to have morning coffee or an afternoon beverage while enjoying the view. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals to enjoy with friends and family. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the raised kitchen bar for two. The large living room area has a large screen television and comfortable furniture with coastal vibes. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, ceiling fans and a private full bath. The front two bedrooms each have a queen bed and access to a shared full bath in the entry hallway of the condo. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with full-sized washer/dryer. Located only minutes from Sunset Beach and a multitude of area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Community outdoor pools, hot tub, charcoal grills and picnic tables are located throughout the condo complex. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included.

Stayed at this property Mothers Day weekend. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and parking right in front of the building. Great communication with the realtor and was contacted earlier because the property was available before scheduled check in time. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning to the Sunset Beach area.

Rented for the weekend for the BAM! Run Sunset Beach race. Clean, well-equipped, easy check-in & linens provided. Short drive to the beach and even with race & spring breakers, found 10/day parking. Great condo and area to stay.
