About this apartment rental
Scenic golf course views and the inviting comfort of this newly renovated property set the stage for a fabulous vacation! The condo is on second level with water views overlooking Sandpiper Bay Golf Course. The condo has wireless internet, smart TVs for streaming (guests must use own accounts) and is pet-friendly with applicable non-refundable pet fee per pet (2 pet maximum).
There are three bedrooms and two full baths with King beds in two bedrooms and 2 long twin beds in a third bedroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath and walk-in closet. This bedroom also has a large screen flat panel television and overhead ceiling fan. There is a screened porch accessible both from the master bedroom and living room that serves as a quiet zone to unwind after golfing or sunning at the beach or pool. The two front bedrooms are furnished with a King bed in one bedroom and two long twin beds in the other. The twins bedroom has a Roku television for added entertainment value. A full bath in the hallway across from the kitchen area is convenient to both of these bedrooms as well as the main area of the condo. The common area floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room features comfortable furnishings with a couch, recliners, large ceiling fan and a 55" smart television, stereo and DVD player. The kitchen/dining area has a dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the raised bar. The kitchen is fully-stocked and includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range.The condo has central heat & air throughout for seasonal comfort. There is a full-sized washer and dryer located in the hallway bath.
This condo is perfect for a golf or beach retreat. Sunset Beach is a short drive (4 1/2 miles) and is an unspoiled island with soft white sand. Sandpiper Bay Golf Course is on-site and offers 27 holes for golfers to explore! Walk the expansive grounds and enjoy the abundant coastal wildlife and numerous sea birds that visit the golf course lakes. The community amenities include two outdoor pools, hot tub, charcoal grills and tennis courts. Complimentary linens, towels and departure maid service are included.
Note: The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site
Ponds in the community contain alligators - Feeding alligators is prohibited and may be subject to a fine - Do not walk pets close to pond edges

Overall, our stay was great!We would recommend additional sets of towels...a TV in the 3rd bedroom....and longer cords on the ceiling fans for easier reach.

It’s clean but needs a good spring cleaning. The drawers are dirty, behind the window blinds is dirty, closets are dirty. The bed in the second bedroom is not comfortable at all, definitely could use a decent Amazon mattress upgrade. We found a few broken things here and there like AC went down for a day, some on the power plugs are broken, the main tv has a terrible picture ( dark blue tint) which made it hard to see. This is not a bad place to stay but definitely not a 9/10.. I would give 6/10.. I would definitely stay in this community again but would look for a newer or more well kept unit.

Condo was perfect for our golf getaway to celebrate my son‘s upcoming wedding. Everything on the property, including the pool and hot tub, was clean and contributed to an overall great experience. We played the course on the property and the starter and all the staff were exceptional. We will definitely be back!

The place is comfortable and a beautiful deck view of the golf course. The throw rug in the kitchen and master bath were both unwashed. They were dirty. No wash cloths or kitchen towels available. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that we had to put away from the previous renter.
