A beautiful spacious studio close to all amenities and the Arts et Métiers & République metro stations including:

- a REAL double bed (Tediber brand);
- a fitted kitchen with microwave, Nespresso, kettle, fridge and washing machine;
- a small living room with HD TV;

- ultra-fast wifi.

The studio which is on the top floor, without elevator, in a building dating from the Middle Ages, is bright, and overlooks the rooftops of Paris.
