The 410 Farmyard will be your new home away from home! This farm-inspired house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood right off the highway. It's a great place to relax & unwind with family and friends...large patio, grill, firepit, board games, and two living rooms with Roku TVs. If you are an Iowa State fan, Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum are only 4 miles from the house! If you enjoy the outdoors, there are tons of trails and parks nearby. We look forward to hosting you :)

Welcoming, and we had to travel with our dogs. Everything you could image was there, and lots of extra touches, like homemade bread and jam. Our host was so warm and welcoming as well, and very quick to respond.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. We were in town to see a concert at Stephen’s auditorium and this was the perfect location. The house was impeccably decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. I only wish we had been in town during warmer months so we could enjoy the great patio area!

We were in town for a wedding and had our four-legged friends with us. The fenced in backyard was fabulous.
