Just minutes from bay beaches, Sheep’s Pond, the rail trail, and a variety of dining options including restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors. The backyard is designed for fun with yard games, a fire pit, and a grill. This cozy property features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a modern kitchen, and an inviting back deck and grill for all your BBQ needs. Feel free to use the shed for storage of bikes, coolers, and beach chairs. Book now for an unforgettable experience!

The bedrooms include a queen on the first floor, a queen on the second floor, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is an additional fold up memory foam twin mattress that can be placed in any room for an extra bed. There is also a pullout double couch in the living room. The house still has old windows that are functional but when open need to be propped up. Note: The two bathrooms are both on the first floor.
