Featuring a large deck with gorgeous water views for outdoor dining or bonfires, the open layout inside makes it easy to hang out and feel at home with the full kitchen and laundry. Step into Tippett Cottage and feel the vacation vibe right away. The entryway features a convenient coat closet and shoe rack to help you settle in with ease. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy them at the dining table with breathtaking river views, or dine outside on the deck surrounded by nature. In the living room, plush seating invites you to unwind - perfect after a day of adventure or cozy movie nights with the HD TV.
Tippett Cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms, each designed for a restful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom overlooks the river and features a luxurious king-sized bed plus a semi en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king upon request with advance notice, while a desk and chair set provides dedicated workspace if needed. Additional sleeping options are available at an additional cost, including a double sleeper sofa and two armchair sofa-beds in the living room—perfect for an extra guest or kids.
Outdoor space at Tippett Cottage is the true gem and what makes the stay extra special. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the spacious deck while taking in tranquil river views. How about BBQ dining al fresco or evening fireside hangout? From here, you might catch a passing train across the river or spot eagles soaring overhead.
