Everything. Communication was excellent, easy to find key and enter, the house is quite charming, spotlessly clean, wifi worked great. It's a house so all conveniences are available: full size fridge and freezer, w/d, heat worked great, hot water was plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Oh, and pet friendly! Nice yard and area to walk pet in. Great parking. Tim Hortons very close.
We were fine with everything, but some might find issues with: steep stairs, one washroom downstairs with bedroom upstairs and an awkward sleeping area off the kitchen, but entirely usable. Perhaps a curtain separating it would be nice. The house isn't in the city center, but it's only a ten minuets drive at most.

This is a snug but cozy space - with everything you’ll need - in a quiet neighborhood (which is important since we travel with a lovely but reactive dog who might bark at the slightest sound). We really liked the upstairs bedrooms with really comfortable beds. You really are just a few minutes from everything St. John has - and really close to Rockwood Park (definitely worth a visit). Darren was really responsive and had some great tips for where to eat. We’ll be back.
Not everyone will be happy with the stairs - there are a fair number of them. Not a problem for most people. Otherwise, we really don’t have any other quibbles.
