About this house rental
Our custom designed 900 sq ft home is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 1 bath. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops and a living area. Semi-private back yard on the Eagle River that is shared with the downstairs guest house. Access to the backyard and river is located off of the back deck and down the back flight of stairs. Great view of the cliffs and river. Minturn is the historic town of the Vail Valley and the home is located between Vail and Beaver Creek 6 miles to either resort. Great hiking and biking right out the door. The back yard and the river are what make this house special.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The house was everything we wanted, the location can’t be beat and Main Street Minturn is all you could ask for with a Colorado ski trip. Sean was a wonderful host with easy communication and even shoveled the patio after a snow

Pros: Clean, cute, easy driving distance to Vail, appreciated how they kept the driveways clear of snow
Cons: not really anywhere to store skis or snowboards— not an issue for us because we rented but something for others to consider
