Our home backs up to forest service land. Elk, Deer and Moose are commonly seen strolling by the property. Other highlights include a well appointed and spacious living room, two queen beds and a full bath with washer and dryer. Perfect for a family or a group of friends seeking adventure and relaxation.

With more than enough space, our home can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Each room is beautifully decorated with cozy linens and plush pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The main living area is open and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The living room boasts a cozy couch and comfortable seating, perfect for snuggling up on chilly mountain evenings.
Outside, the beauty of the mountains awaits. Enjoy the stunning views or take a stroll down to historic downtown Minturn. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area, from hiking and mountain biking to skiing and snowboarding.

You will have the entire property for yourself. Do keep in mind this is a downstairs lock off unit. Others may be occupying the space above.
We are here if you need us, both otherwise your privacy is our priority
Our kitchenette has everything you need to make a meal. Although we do not have a traditional stove or stovetop, we do have duel burner hot plates, electric skilit, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster oven, sink and refrigerator. Complete with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, glasses of course!

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime in this unit! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this in cash on the counter before you leave.

This unit has everything you need for a quick mountain getaway! The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay!

Exactly as pictured! The cabinet has nice pans and pots and colander, plus a plug-in burner and a rice cooker. The toaster oven and microwave work great. I was worried about my dog's muddy paw prints on the light-colored carpet. Wiped paws as much as I could. The area is so beautiful! We did hear other guests upstairs. Nice hot shower, comfortable beds, tv worked great.

This was the perfect place to stay to prep for our two day hike of Mount of the Holy Cross. The house is just beyond the entrance to the road that takes you to the trailhead. It is also just shy of the Minturn Mile, a stretch of road with restaurants and shops. Minturn really is a hidden gem. The place was super clean and very comfortable. I would happily recommend this to other hikers or people looking to explore Minturn.
