**POOL AND SPA**
While the home features a gorgeous outdoor pool, not all guests choose to use it during their stay. For that reason, we don't include pool/spa heating in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool/spa heating for $79/day or spa only for $49/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging) and spa heated to 101 degrees.
The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience.
**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and you will recieve the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in our guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We'll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!
**HOUSE RULES**
No smoking indoors
No events, parties or large gatherings (including bachelorette parties)
Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval.
Must be at least 25 years old to book
$79 optional nightly pool/spa heating or $49 spa only
No hot tub/pool or outside music after 10pm
For the safety of all guests and visitors, the use of the pool slide is strictly prohibited.
No Pets
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.

The Owner and his team were exceptionally responsive for our party of 10, traveling to attend a wedding for our niece. The property offered respite and rest and also many festive activities, as well as the ability to secure items for the beach at a local rental company. We would highly recommend this property, especially if you are able to take advantage of all of the amenities, most especially the pool and cascading hot tub!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful historic home, the family friendly amenities, and the customer service provided by Rental With A View. The home was clean and comfortable and had many thoughtful touches throughout, from family games to a variety of coffees, pool towels at the ready, etc. The layout worked well for us (although we chose to give my mom the master so we could enjoy the view from the front bedroom). The pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful once we figured out the "heat boost" button to push (thank you very much to the host for being available for questions!). We even took advantage of the free bike rentals to get some movement before our flights. There were only two minor things we wished and they were that the fire table on the sunset patio was operational (the sunsets are incredible and it would be nice to be warm enough to linger) and that there were better pillows. But, all in all, we would highly recommend this home and Rental With A View. Time together is a precious commodity, so for us the ultimate mark of a truly great stay is when we are all so content no one feels like going anywhere, like to a beach, restaurant, etc - and this met that mark for us! We look forward to returning and staying longer!

The pool was great, although pricey to heat. Very clean and host was pretty responsive. Great place for kids to enjoy.
