Point Loma Sunset Oasis - Ocean Views & Fire Pit

Wow everything was great! Clean towels, cutely decorated, a welcome basket, and views. They also had no scented sheets if you didn’t like the scented sheets.

John’s place is an absolute gem! We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one is by far the best appointed. It’s immaculate, well furnished, and John thought of absolutely everything a guest might need - from plenty of spare bedding to an array of kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor/beach amenities. There are big closets with lots of hangers, too. The unit has everything but doesn’t feel cluttered - it’s extremely elegant and convenient. There is ample parking, although we walked everywhere. It’s within a 15 minute walk to the beach and Sunnie’s delicious breakfast burritos, and ~30 minutes to downtown Ocean Beach. It’s a beautiful and safe walk, but just be aware you’re staying on a hill. It’s a short Uber/cab ride if you don’t want to trek back uphill after visiting the beach or dining out, and Uber/Lyft drivers arrive quickly. The patio and fire pit area is an oasis and you can also enjoy the views from the large window overlooking the scenery. Communication with John was great and he was quick to reply to messages.

No complaints - it was absolutely perfect.
