About this house rental
Beautiful Mediterranean home. Top of the line kitchen: 48" Subzero refrigerator/freezer, Wolfe range, granite countertops. Cookware and utensils provided.
Large 2-story 'great room', perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Three bedrooms with queen beds. Two large bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with marble and glass shower, heated marble floors. Bathroom #2 upstairs has clawfoot tub. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout (except bathrooms). Ocean views from most of the house. Kitchen nook provides extra seating / work space.
Two story great room with fireplace provides spacious area for relaxing, enjoying ocean view and sunsets.
High quality linens and mattresses (fully encased in zippered, quiet, breathable protective covers that protect from allergens, etc.) .
Beautiful stained glass pieces are displayed.
Conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown San Diego, beaches, shopping, entertainment.
Our home sleeps 6 comfortably (3 bedrooms with queen beds).
If there are young children, please state ages also so we can prepare accordingly.
We have whole house filtration system and reverse osmosis system under kitchen sink.
There is a workshop with studio (on 2nd level) in the back of the property; someone (eg, caretaker) occasionally stays there and takes care of the large garden (eg, watering in the summer).
This is a quiet neighborhood. We respect our neighbors. No excessive noise will be tolerated, and may result in dismissal.

The house is beautiful. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, furniture and beds are comfortable and the location is a quiet residential area overlooking the Pacific. Close to everything you’d want to see or do.

Great property. Great view. Everything you need. Only draw back is that the beds are small queens. For adults I think a couple king beds would be in order.Everything else is exactly as advertised.Also, the neighborhood is great and only a short drive to restaurants on the bay and Ocean Beach.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the ocean from the front. The hosts were gracious and very available. The home was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. We would stay here again.
