About this house rental
Amazing 1300 sf beach house in quiet residential area. Panoramic 180 degree surf views, very large private deck, lush patio outdoor eating and garden spaces. Vistas from La Jolla to Mexico and as far as the eye can see! Natural park with walking trails along our beautiful ocean front cliffs. Renovated with new wood floors, new HVAC! Complete, stocked kitchen. Centrally located, 10-15 minutes from the airport, downtown, and most spots of interest. Walking distance to grocery and coffee and more. No parties. Not suited for small children under 10. Let waves lull you to sleep and wake up to beautiful ocean surf!
The space
The home is three bedrooms, two full baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, master has deck access with large sliding glass door. All rooms have ceiling fans and lights. Kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, double oven, cooking utensils, glassware and quality lucite barware for outside.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of the garage. You will have access to washer and dryer only. We ask that you please respect our belongings there.
Other things to note
This home is not suited for children under 10. There are two sets of three steps outside that have no handrails. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet time is strictly enforced. Any complaints or infractions will result in being asked to leave immediately.
