A short distance to Kenyon college, Honey Run waterfalls, hunting, fishing, Apple Valley Lake, Kokosing bike trail and Ohio Amish country.
You won't run out of things to do. Then relax and unwind with a seasonal heated outdoor shower and peaceful patio to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife.
Located directly on the Kokosing River. One neighbor within view but are seasonal. Very quiet peaceful place.
Eagles are abundant in the winter and if you're a birdwatcher this is the place for you.

The double sliding doors offer a beautiful view of the river even from the bed and can be opened in the summer to offer the relaxing and calming sounds of the river.
Enjoy a movie or your favorite music on the outdoor tv or bluetooth speakers on the deck or enjoy a fire while watching the river.
