Very quiet apartment (3 *) in a luxury residence opening onto the ocean, close to shops, restaurants, beach. The coastal walk behind the residence, will offer you a superb view of the islands of Aix and Oleron and the famous Fort Boyard.
You will have a stay / kitchenette perfectly equipped, a room, a terrace, a parking, and I will advise you on all the good plans to discover the Charente Maritime.

Appartement très bien placé, plage à 20 minutes à pied. Proche centre ville, pas de bruit. Toujours une place pour se garer. Propre et fonctionnel, tout y est. Propriétaires très sympathiques, nous recommandons.
