Located in a wooded park with tennis in the heart of the district of La Genette, apartment of 47 sqm renovated and fully equipped.
You can do everything on foot: shops, market 2 minutes, seafront 10 minutes and Vieux Port 20 minutes. Near Ile de Ré.
It consists of an entrance, living room with wide opening on the greenery, fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher ...), bedroom with dressing room, bathroom, wc and storeroom with washing machine and dryer .
Local bike and parking.

The property was clean with everything we needed but nowhere to sit outside in the sunshine, beautiful park but no seats.

A very comfortable stay in a refurbished apartment block to the west of the city, adjacent to the rugby stadium. Good local Coop and pizza takeaway. City centre is walkable, though various regular bus options. On site parking can be a bit of a lottery especially with heavy luggage.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very quiet area. It was equipped with everything we needed. A very relaxing break.
