About this house rental

Super fresh, newly renovated house in Halltorp with a large balcony where you can enjoy the peace and the fantastic view over the fields and the forest. Here you live close to beautiful nature and have a wonderful garden with apple, plum and pear trees that you are welcome to taste when the season allows. There are nice walking trails for those who want to get moving. In the large, state-of-the-art kitchen there is a dining area and most of what you may need. In the living room there is a nice sofa group in front of the TV. There are also comfortable armchairs and a desk. Upstairs you can sleep comfortably in the beautiful bedrooms with good beds. In one bedroom there is a double bed. In the other there is a day bed that can be made up into a double bed and two single beds that are 120cm wide. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer. There is a lot to explore here. Halltorp has a very beautiful medieval church. Stufvenäs Gästgifveri offers fantastic food and a fine spa. There are plenty of nice swimming spots here such as Vita Sand, Ekenäs, Dalskär and Fulvik. If you like golf, Möre Golf is nearby. There is also good food here. The popular Villa Familglia offers taste experiences in a Mediterranean environment. Värnanäs is a manor house with extensive park facilities. Here you will find the English Park with lush greenery, nice walking paths, ponds and bridges. The Värnanäs Archipelago Nature Reserve is a sea area east of Halltorp that is considered one of the most important places in Sweden for harbor seals. In Germundslycke there is a well-visited farm shop. For those interested in nature, there is also Stufvenäseken, which is Småland's second largest disturbed oak with a circumference of 9.7m. It is close to Kalmar with its large cultural, shopping and restaurant offering. Here you have the astonishing Kalmar Castle which is well worth a visit. In the summer, fun events are arranged for children at the castle. Children also like Skälby Gård where you can meet the farm animals and play in the fun playgrounds. Don't miss going over the bridge to "The Island of the Sun and the Winds" Öland.
