The property was extensively renovated from the ground up by 2020 - 2022.
The result is a charming little cottage offering modern comforts and a love for the details of days gone by.
State-of-the-art heating technology, a modern, functional kitchen, and a fiber-optic internet connection guarantee a pleasant stay at all times.
The house is perfectly suited for up to 7 people.

The “Schweden-Idyll” features a large kitchen-diner with a cozy dining area, offering views of the property and the old stable.
An absolute highlight and eye-catcher in this old NEW house is the former heating and cooking area in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it is no longer operational.
Leading off the kitchen is a living room with a wood-burning stove, cozy armchairs, a reading lamp, and a sofa.
An additional living area features a TV and spacious, comfortable seating.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is next to the living room and features a single bed.
Bedroom 2, equipped with a double bed, and Bedroom 3, with 2 single beds, are located on the upper floor.
The bathroom is located in the basement and is equipped with a large sink, mirror, shower, toilet, heated floors, a washing machine, and a dryer.

A new luxury sauna house stands on the beautiful property.
Large windows give you the feeling of enjoying the sauna outdoors in nature.
Next door is a small cottage, 15 square meters, with a bunk bed, dressers, and a table with chairs.
This makes a wonderful retreat or additional sleeping area.

All rooms are equipped with insect-screen roller blinds, and the TV room has an insect-screen door. This door leads to the front terrace, where breakfast tastes even better in the morning sun.

In the large old barn, there’s an area that has been elaborately converted into a play barn.
A pool table, a dartboard, and a play rug for our younger guests invite you to play and have fun.
Firewood for our guests is stored in a small pantry—FREE OF CHARGE.

A path leads from the back of the property to Lake Äsbjörn. Approx. 150 m.
The rowboat for our guests is moored at the property’s private boat and swimming dock.
The dock, which can also be used as a sun deck, invites you to relax by the lake.
Fishing enthusiasts are welcome.
Nothing stands in the way of a dreamy evening stroll across the large property, through meadows and nature trails.

The nearest swimming spot, at Lake Hultebräan, is just 800 m away.
Hiking, biking, swimming, and rowing, picking berries and mushrooms, and much more—the possibilities here are endless.
