Treat yourself to a break in our 100-year old farmhouse. Only about 6 km from the Baltic Sea, the path ends here on a small hill and opens the view over meadows and fields, away from the noise and bustle.

The large property invites you to linger. Grab a chair or sofa and try to find your favorite spot under a apple or cherry.

Inside you will make it to around 100 square meters on the ground comfortably: there is a glazed entrance hall to the west, a large living hall with piano, 3 bedrooms, living room facing south, a new kitchen and a new natural stone bathroom.

Old values surround you in the whole house: Feel the prepared wooden floorboards under your feet, cook on the old wood stove in the kitchen and enjoy the round tiled stove in the living room or the white cassette doors.

A play barn and lots of toys provide variety for the kids.

Enjoy the tranquility in the house and on the property. Located close to the end of a dirt access road, the car runs only once a day and the neighbor, the postman. Listen to the birds or the wind in the trees and feel how the relaxation increases daily.

With all the modern comforts, this holiday property offers you the story of the house is palpable. Stride with restored planks of Nordic pine, you delight in the old fireplace in the living room and cook on the original wood stove in the kitchen if you like. Wherever possible, we have tried to preserve the well-received. Thus, in many areas still has the original foot and ceiling moldings available as well as the old paneled doors.

In the living room of course there is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. All German TV channels you receive via satellite, ARD and ZDF in HD. The satellite receiver has a recording function (hard drive), so you can enjoy the evening outdoors in peace until you watch your favorite movie of the evening.

We have put together a small selection of books and DVDs, certainly know to use the Sweden-friends. Browse in Swedish cookbooks or watch Nils Holgersson or Pippi Longstocking with your children.

All bedding is new, one bedroom has new box spring beds in 2 degrees of hardness (for him and her).

Inside you will find a selection of board games for collective good times. Depending on the age of your children of the well-stocked shop or the large parking garage with toy cars in the attic could be interesting, you may like to take them down in the room of your children.

The big play barn has plenty to offer for all ages. Here you will find a 4-meter trampoline, a basketball hoop, a small badminton court and a ping pong table. For excursions there are 6 bicycles, 3 children's bikes, 1 mountain GoCart with pillion seat available and hiking poles for Nordic Walking.
