Completely renovated, this second-floor condo boasts windows that allow for ample natural light and stunning views from every room. "You are My Sunshine" offers breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Mexico, the pristine white sand beach with Sanibel Island in the distance, Matanzas Bay, and Bowditch Park. Located at the tranquil tip of the north end of the island, guests can enjoy the soothing sounds of the water and captivating sunsets from the screened gulf-front living room lanai or sunrises from the master bedroom bayside lanai.
The unique location of Vacation Villas is particularly noteworthy. This privately-owned building is situated on the traffic-free north end of Fort Myers Beach. Times Square is easily accessible via a 15-minute walk along the beach or sidewalk, or by taking the nearby trolley that stops right outside the building, offering convenient transportation to various dining, entertainment, and shopping options available in downtown Fort Myers Beach.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 4, featuring a master suite with a king-sized bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom, and Bayview screened lanai where you can enjoy the sunrise over Matanzas Bay with a cup of coffee and the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The second guest bedroom also includes a king-sized bed and access to a nearby full bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs, providing a comprehensive channel lineup that includes local stations. Hair dryers and bar soap are provided in each bathroom for convenience.
The kitchen, fitted with quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances, is fully stocked with a wide array of bowls, cookware, gadgets, flatware, and utensils required to prepare delightful meals. Oh my gosh! There is no better option in Ft Myers Beach than this wonderful, elevator equipped condo unit with its two screened in porches overlooking the beautiful wide beach. This literally is the last building on the road and it is perfectly quiet here yet close to town. There’s a patio with gas grills and a table and chair set right beside the beach. The beach is perfect as is the pool that overlooks it. The little park right outside has some shaded picnic areas nobody used except me and my fiddle. This condo is the superbly managed, cleaned, maintained and stocked. Everything for the beach: chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys, umbrellas, even insulated drink holders and tumblers to take your ice cold J&T down to the beach or pool. You’ll find a very impressive collection of kitchen equipment. Every cupboard and drawer in the place held a surprise. Batteries, laundry soap, bar soap flashlights, rain umbrella, loads of cleaning and sanitizing supplies. Literally every surface, appliance and space has been meticulously cleaned and tended to perfection. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. If you have read this far, you know now that we think this is a perfect place to stay. We wanted to share how much we loved this spot and hated to leave. Holly is an amazing host! Our vacations throughout the years have been stays at VRBO's versus hotels and Holly by far is the best. The location is unbeatable and walkable to everything, and the amenities provided are unrivaled, welled stocked and very clean.
