Post-Hurricane Ian and Milton fully renovated, this beautiful first-floor condo at Vacation Villas awaits you with "A Perfect View" of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sand beach, and Sanibel Island in the distance. Situated at the very tip of the quiet, north-end of the island next to Bowditch Park, you will enjoy the sound of the water and the beauty of the sunsets from your 26' private screened lanai
This location is one of a kind. Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no-hassle traffic north end of Fort Myers Beach. Times Square is a short 15-minute beach walk or sidewalk stroll, or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, evening entertainment and shopping that downtown Fort Myers Beach offers.
Our condo has a king-sized bed in the master suite, with a full bath and a Gulf view walk-out balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second full bath nearby. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs with a full channel line-up including local stations provided for your stay. Hair dryers and bar soap are provided in each of the bathrooms.
Cook in the spectacular kitchen with granite counter tops which is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, and a vast assortment of bowls, cookware, gadgets, flatware and utensils to create that great beach meal. Attached and adjacent to your kitchen are a breakfast bar and dining table so family and friends can be together while meals are made in your kitchen away from home.
The living room includes seating for up to six with a 55-inch flat screen TV and wireless Sony surround sound stereo that you can hook up to your own device. A desk and wireless printer are available for your use. Through the living room and master bedroom you can enter the 26-foot beach front private balcony to enjoy the glow of the sunrise with your morning coffee or the amazing sunsets and a late-night beverage. You have a panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Relax on the lanai with the ceiling fan on or go out to the beach with the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and coolers that are available for your use. There you can watch the beach and water activities pass right in front of you. If swimming in a pool is more to your liking, our building offers a large community heated pool. Outside on the beautiful grounds there are two gas grills for community use.
Managed by the owners, our home-away-from-home is ready for you to enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation. The condo is super clean -- cleanliness is our priority! •Games, cards, other beach toys, and an air pump is available if you buy rafts for the gulf or pool. A "share box" of beach toys is also available on the ground floor.
•Washer/dryer in unit, with laundry basket and detergent, and general cleaning supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Ironing board and iron also provided.
•In the kitchen, assorted spices, salt & pepper, and oils to share.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE LANAI AT ANY TIME, and no pets are permitted. Violation will result in termination of the rental, and an assessment of a minimum $300 damage charge.
Weekly rentals - check in/check out on Saturdays. Please inquire for stays less than one week.

This was the best VRBO rental we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. We enjoyed 2 weeks of perfect weather, with gorgeous sunsets every night and warm temperatures. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there ever beach and camp chairs and chargers for our electronics! Holly was great to deal with and was always available. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great beach views in a quiet location on Fort Myers Beach. We hope we can be back next year!!

A Little Slice of Paradise!From the moment we walked in, we knew this condo was something special. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely everything we could ever need. The attention to detail made it feel like home—only better! The beach was quiet and peaceful. The building and grounds were so well cared for, and it’s clear the owners take great pride in their property. Communication was fantastic—friendly and every step of the way. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I loved staying at Holly’s beautiful gulf front condo. It is located at the north end of Estero next to Bowditch Park. This condo is well equipped with literally everything needed for a relaxing time at the beach…which is only steps away. The pool and building were clean and well maintained. Definitely a top ick for our next stay near Ft Myers!Bonus that we ran into Holly at the airport upon arrival. She was friendly and helpful with arrival tips once we checked in (easy electronic keypad was great too).
