With a private heated pool exclusive to the condo complex, an in-unit washer/dryer, a king bed in the master with ensuite bathroom, a split floor plan for real privacy, and nearly 1,000 sq ft of Gulf-view living space — this is one of the most complete beachfront packages on the island.
Fort Myers Beach is actively and excitedly rebuilding, with many beloved shops and restaurants open and welcoming visitors. The sun still shines every day, the sunsets are still spectacular, and the beach is as beautiful as ever.
THE SPACE
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly toward the screened balcony and its western Gulf view — a layout designed to keep the water in sight from every angle of the main living space. The living area features a flat screen Roku TV with cable and dining for 6, with the updated kitchen offering full-size appliances, a 2-barstool island, and all cooking, dining, and serving ware included.
The screened balcony is a genuine standout — a reclining lounge, a dining table for 4, and a front-row view of the beach and Gulf that's as good at sunrise as it is spectacular at sunset. First floor means you're close to the action, with easy beach access just steps away.
The master bedroom is a serene, Gulf-facing retreat — a king-size bed, a flat screen Roku TV with cable, and a sliding door opening directly to the screened balcony, so the sound and sight of the Gulf are right there when you wake up. The ensuite bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower.
The split floor plan places the guest bedroom at the front of the condo, creating genuine privacy between the two sleeping spaces — ideal for families or two couples traveling together. The private balcony implies privacy. The balcony offers almost no privacy at all. The neighbors next to us not only stayed up late partying most nights but could look directly into our bedroom window and balcony so we had to close the curtains rather than hearing the rolling ocean waves at night. Added to this is the resort next door is always loud with live music, outdoor movies for the kids, and a ping pong table literally feet from this unit's private balcony so it was constant noise from the night owls next door partying until midnight and their "private" balcony that looked straight at us, and the kids at the resort next door yelling and playing ping pong while we're trying to sleep and this is all passed 10pm. So yes.. it was our own balcony making it our private balcony, but there is no privacy in any direction or any time. We felt this was a misleading play on words.Also. The kitchen wasn't very clean. We could see past cooking messes down the front of the oven and felt it on the kitchen surface. This isn't huge compared to the privacy and noise issues. But it is something we noticed straight away as not consistent with a highly rated property.We absolutely loved the location. It was extremely convenient to everything. We walked to everything every day.We fully intend to vacation in Fort Myers again. Even as our very next vacation later this Spring, but we'll head to a quieter and more private location.

The location was perfection. Bed linens weren’t great, but it was sufficient. The beach isn’t groused in front of the condo. It was wonderful and we want to return!

the host was awesome and very easy to get in touch with. The views were great and the condo was very comfortable and the guest br had it's own bathroom which was very nice.

Pros -- condo is right on the beach. That area of the beach was not busy at all. - layout is good and there’s plenty of space- easy parking- lots of chairs, etc for beach Cons-- condo patio hags over fence of Pink Shell resort. It is very loud. Loud music in the evening. Maintenance guys from pink shell store wave runners and chairs right under the patio and are out there every morning at 8:00 am with a teatime haling things to the beach for an hour. Very loud when you’re wanting to have a cup of coffee in the morning or listen to the waves at night. - condo was not clean. There wa sand in the bedding. The wash machine had mold on it. We called the manager athe first day nd they said they would get someone out. Nobody came. Overall if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place on the beach this isn’t it. If you want to party this is probably a good spot. We would not stay here again.
