Calm House 4 Hoi An

The family running Calm House 4 were very sweet and the back patio, pool, and garden by the river were fantastic. We loved the views from the room, and the 5-10 minute bike ride into old town was fun to do. The area is calm and neighborhood very nice. We liked being just a bit out of town by the river and around some nature. They provide some bikes, they are in varying condition but they all worked! We stayed a whole month and we were very happy, don’t expect frills but it’s a very nice room that’s large, nice common area and kitchen, and kind people.

No major pain points everything was very great for the price and type of accommodation.

Tout était parfait .. le couple qui tient cette guesthouse est serviable . Les chambres sont très propres et bien tenues. Vraiment rien à dire . Un petit café à 2 pas de l hôtel dans la petite ruelle à gauche et un très bon restaurant au bout de cette ruelle . Le ville peut être très vite rejoint par la piste cyclable le long de la rivière. Les éclos sont prêtes par l hôtel .❤️❤️

The rooms, property and service are amazing! Really nicely decorated rooms with a lot of attention to detail. Great curtains to block out the sun, a nice seating are and desk, a high powered fan, make up mirror, comfortable mattress and bedding, nice tv with cable & Netflix, toiletries in the bathroom to name a few of the thoughtful touches. The property is also beautiful with a wonderful garden, warm pool and stunning view of the river. The family is incredibly kind and accommodating. I really appreciated how genuine and hospitable they are.

This was very much a Calm House 4 Hoi an. A little bit far from town but that’s what makes it calm. We just rented out a scooter which was great. The rooms were very clean and pretty! The owners were amazing and sweet!
