Dinner was good in restaurant

Very loud music playing whilst dining in restaurant area

Warm welcome from desk team on arrival, despite the venue being very busy with diners. Storage for bicycle found straight away. Room very well appointed and comfortable. Shower excellent, easy to operate. Room sited away from busy, noisy dining area. Evening meal in busy bar/restaurant: staff attentive and service good; menu choice ok for me; good value for ££. Location perfect for very early start following day.

Lack of breakfast opportunity. No breakfast box available for early starters; Sunday breakfast not available till 0900 - too late for me. Bike storage not available for 2nd night, so took bike to room up stairs. Had to waste lots of water to get hot water for washing in morning.

Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

I would have liked somewhere to hang clothing in the bathroom.

- couldn’t park on arrival as car park too full and busy. - exceptionally loud in the dining room. We wanted to have dinner but was too OTT for us to relax. - Very noisy. People being picked up by Taxi screaming so kept being woken up Would not recommend
