Les équipements. La propreté des lieux. La climatisation.
Les oreillers. Il manquerait un rideau pour la porte d'entrée (réveillé par la lumière du jour).

Localisation, facilité d'accès au logement, réactivité du propriétaire.
Logement globalement sale et peu entretenu. On entend très distinctement les voisins (j'ai entendu distinctement une conversation téléphonique et les différents échanges du couple présent dans l'hébergement voisin). Difficulté de mise en fonction de la TV (problème de connexion réglé par le propriétaire après plus de 30 minutes). Équipements (meubles, literie, douche...) et leur installation de piètre qualité. Absolument aucune déco.
