Beautiful views! Quiet! 7thModern! Clean!

Excellent location! Very clean and modern! Great water pressure and hot water (always a bonus). If Casa Olivazzo is available, book it! This gem will be booked non-stop when the word is out! Note: No need for bus tickets from the Stazione-use your credit card on the bus. There is parking if you have a car. Bar Centrale has amazing aperol spritz.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con cura, è confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario, è ubicata in zona tranquilla, offre una bellissima vista panoramica. Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento quando torneremo da queste. Ultima chicca molto importante, la gentilezza dei proprietari, persone super disponibili che ci hanno accolto e fornito assistenza in tutto.

Ottima esperienza nella tranquillità di Chiusi

L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Chiusi, in una zona molto tranquilla e con una vista panoramica eccezionale su tutta la vallata. E' dotato di tutti i comfort, inclusa lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, wifi e tv in ogni camera. In bagno abbiamo trovato anche dei set di cortesia molto utili. In soggiorno c'è un divano immenso con una bella quanto enorme tv di cui abbiamo approfittato la sera dopo le nostre lunghe gite. Si vede che la ristrutturazione è recente e gli impianti sono nuovi, pertanto non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Riscaldamento molto valido (ci siamo stati a Dicembre) e doccia grande e moderna. Lo consigliamo come punto di appoggio per visitare sia Chiusi sia i dintorni: a un'ora di distanza si trovano molte città d'arte ed altri centri notevoli sia per la storia sia dal punto di vista culinario. A questo proposito consiglio senza ombra di dubbio il ristorante IL PUNTO a Chiusi Scalo (5' in macchina dall'appartamento). Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è il bar Centrale, qualche locale dove mangiare, una "spizzicheria", la tabaccheria, qualche bottega artigiana. I musei di Chiusi e la Cattedrale sono tutti a pochi minuti a piedi. Ci siamo stati 3 giorni, ma sinceramente tra Val d'Orcia e Val di Chiana, valeva la pena soggiornare qualche giorno in più. Ci torneremo!!!

La ZTL: ovviamente utile, ma ha richiesto più impegno organizzativo per lo scarico/carico dei bagagli. A breve distanza si trovano alcuni parcheggi, ma per arrivarci c'è una scalinata oppure una bella discesa (che poi si tramuta in salita). Questo ovviamente non è da imputare all'appartamento e all'ospitalità che è stata perfetta.

Ottima struttura

L'appartamento è carinissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario ed è in pieno centro storico, ma comunque in posizione silenziosa e tranquilla. Catia è gentilissima, super disponibile. Ci ha anche fatto trovare acqua fresca in casa, caffè, thè e tisane. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Mi è piaciuto l'alloggio, la pulizia, l'organizzazione generale come lavatrice, asciugatrice, stoviglie pulite e tisane a disposizione. In bagno un piccolo kit con detergenti molto carino.
