The communication with the host was excellent. Location is so central and close to the southern cross train station and very many shops as well as China Town
We were given one set of keys despite the description being two. This was disruptive especially in the night waking others up after arriving home.

Great location and lovely comfortable unit. Beds great including sofa bed in the living room. Steven our host was very helpful.

It’s convenient and ease of access to collect keys.
No hair dryer and not enough toilet paper., only enough coffee for one person to make a coffee

I love it here! It's very convenient to get around, and the room is clean and beautiful.
The chair my husband sat in was a bit too flimsy. The backrest just snapped when he leaned against it, and it almost poked him in the back. He's okay, though—just a little shaken up.
