Casa bem localizada , próximo à praia , dar pra ir andando , área muito ampla quartos com muitas camas todos climatizados , geladeiras , freezer na casa não faltou nada só trazer a família e curtir e sem falar dobrou a esquina 200 mts tem um mercadinho .

De eigenaar is top!!! Locatie heel rustig maar dicht genoeg van het centrum. (10 min Uber)
Het huis heeft alle noodzakelijke infrastructuur.
Prijs/ kwaliteit een van de beste opportuniteiten van heel Brazilië tot nu toe!!!
