Minha estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é confortável, a limpeza estava impecável, a piscina é linda e a vista para a praia é um grande diferencial.
No entanto, tive uma experiência desagradável após o checkout. Fui questionada sobre um copo trincado, mesmo sem sequer ter utilizado os copos disponíveis no quarto. Entendo que o hotel precise verificar possíveis danos, mas a forma como a situação foi conduzida me causou bastante desconforto. Acredito que esse tipo de abordagem poderia ser feito de maneira mais cuidadosa, para evitar constrangimentos aos hóspedes.
