Banheiro pequeno e sem porta sabonete e shampoo no box

Flat novo, bonito, limpo e bem localizado, em uma região tranquila próxima à Praia do Bessa. As acomodações são confortáveis e contam com máquina lava e seca, o que ajuda bastante em estadias mais longas. O atendimento pelo WhatsApp foi cordial e as colaboradoras sempre buscaram ajudar.

Todo o sistema é digital, sem atendimento presencial, o que pode dificultar a resolução de problemas. Durante a estadia, o chuveiro queimou à noite e o reparo só ocorreu no dia seguinte. O ar-condicionado é muito forte e não há cobertores ou mantas disponíveis. Também senti falta de travesseiros extras. As toalhas e roupas de cama não foram trocadas durante a semana. Para quem está sem carro, a locomoção pode ser mais difícil, especialmente à noite.

A localizacao é excelente e o apto é muito novo e bonitinho

Estavam mudando o sistema de acesso ao prédio no dia que chegamos, entao tivemos muitos problemas para acessar o edifício em diversos momentos. Além disso, o apto nao tem fogão, o que dificulta um pouco preparar o café da manha.

Worst check-in experience and overall communication i ever faced in all my travels! Incredible innefficient, annoying and a waste of time. Endless time in chatbot loops without solution. Once they just changed this biometric security system at the entrance (without informing of course...) which lead to waiting 30min in front of the building, waiting to win the battle against this chatbot (loop number 88 or so). Of course noone would respond the Service call at the door either...Why would they? They have this Amazing chatbot for everything... But then at the end they really kindly ask to leave a 10 Star review haha. I run out of words for this great "customer Service". If you want to relax during holidays /travels and for once dont want to deal with bs and stupidity dont book her. You will be challenged to remain calm and patient while spending hours in endless chatbot loops. "Like Home" agency thumbs down👎🏼
