The location is amazing and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The receptionist Lea specifically was amazing. She helped when I asked and wasn’t unprofessional like Anna or the old hotel staff lady who kept watching and following me.
The front desk staff are not carpediem and don’t seem to have communication with them or they were being rude because they either couldn’t be bothered or were aggressively flirting and it was uncomfortable. And the plumbing needs to be fixed because they told me that Brazil wasn’t equipped to flush toilet paper and that’s gross. And there were several roaches throughout my stay and I have pics
