Very close to haram. Spacious and comfortable flat. Decently equipped, clean. Expensive usually.

There is no reception. Management are not very responsive. Might have to wait long time for response. 95% of the time calls won't be picked up or messages won't be responded to. No clear direction to find the hotel or someone responsible to check you in. There is no sign for the hotel so most people who you would ask for directions don't know where the hotel is. Some people point you to a completely different area in Madina where a hotel is with a similar name. Luckily for us I did get one response to my message which said the location is correct on booking.com map so we kept on asking different people until someone took us to the next building where the management there knows the person responsible and they contacted them to come and take us. No WiFi No toaster

الاسرة ماكنت مريخة مره وتحتاج لباد فندقي + بعض الاثاث تعبان شوي + لديهم مشكلة واضحة في التواصل مع العملاء ، يتاخرون بالرد ، واحيانا ما يردون ، ولا يرجعون يتواصلون اذا ما ردو
