An Unforgettable Stay – We Will Definitely Return! I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Plaza Madinah Hotel. The location is fantastic, and the service made me feel completely at home. The breakfast was simply amazing with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. A special thanks goes to Sami Alrashidi for his exceptional service and warm hospitality, and to Manager Saed for ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to the hardworking housekeeper who took such wonderful care of room 319 and kept it spotless. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely come back next year, God willing!

This hotel can be at least a 3 star hotel because it is so close the Prophet's Mosque. They need work on maintaining better the property

Location location location

Lifts are the worst

Location is perfect for haram ladies gate 338 (24,25,26). Few minutes walk to catch each prayer, close to international food street and many places to eat, including 2 pakistani restaurants. Very central location, easy to get taxi, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Muhammad Maruf at the breakfast area was specially friendly and helpful. Housekeeping on my floor Muhammad Bayezid and Sharifol Islam were very good, always at the service, took good care of us. Even people at reception were very nice and friendly.

Lifts are very small and overcrowded, it is always difficult to get the lifts.

Location and distance from Masjid AlNabawi

Elevators were very slow and always occupied by crowds, Lobby was always crowded and corridors were noisy. Sleeping foams were bad and poor. The furniture was very old. Overall impression: It's a low profile hotel.
