Hotel is good, clean, very close to Haram Gate 339 Easy access to Masjid Al Nabwi Clean rooms Check in Experience was a blunder for a confirmed 100% paid booking to Agoda hotel denied Check in saying hotel is full and offered a accomodation in different hotel which as per them was 5 star but distance was far from this hotel. Despite saying that I don't want it staff asked to check first the hotel than decide. Upon raising complaint to Agoda, hotel staff called to come back and Check in the same hotel. While Agoda offered 10% standard compensation plus full refund to leave the guest on the self help to book hotel own their one

Hotel standard baverage. Sanitary fittings leaking, electric fittings not working etc. Very polite and helping staff. Sp. AlAmin, Abbakar and personell at front desk. Very near haram sharif.

The only advantage which I had living in this hotel that it was very near by Haram. There was big issue of lift, which must be sorted out. Rooms are not clean. AC is not working properly. Bell man also misbehaved with us, when we asked about our upcoming luggage. Over all I would rate 4/10. Not recommended

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. However, the room facilities and overall service were very disappointing. There was no daily housekeeping, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff’s attitude was also disappointing. I felt cold and requested an extra blanket for myself and my mother, but I was told that it was against the system and rules to provide more than one extra blanket for the room. My mother uses a wheelchair, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to use the elevator. The elevators become extremely crowded after every pray, and there was no staff available to organize the movement of guests. On another day, the electricity went out in our room for more than four hours, and three elevators stopped working. Overall, my experience was not a good one. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is its excellent location in relation to the price. Apart from that, I would not recommend it based on the room facilities and service.
