It was very clean and rooms were spacious with storage space seperate near reception.

The day we were leaving, the man on the reception visibly looked arab was bit rude and giving us looks while we were waiting for our taxi. It was scorching hot outside and we didn't have anybother place to go and wait. He was asking the bangali staff, why they are sitting here with bags etc that's what I believe the way he was talking to the staff. Secondly due to building work we were unable to get our luggage from storage that caused us lots of stress and delay. Location wise it is good for women only as the ladies gates are 5 minutes walk away but if you want to be near Riyaz ul Jannah or Gumbad/Dome or jannat ul Baqi then it's quite far away as these place are right opposite to the ladies gates and needs 20 minutes walk atleast to be next to the Dome or Riyaz ul Jannah.

Location very close to the Nabawi mosque. Nearby for all grocery need and restaurants.

We were surprised to know , only upon checking out, that the parking spaces in the basement level were not complimentary. This information was not communicated to us at the time of during check-in by the receptionist when we ask for a park. In addition, the parking facility is shared with another hotel, and the hourly parking rates were not consistent, which caused confusion and a lack of transparency. We believe it would be beneficial for the hotel to clearly inform guests about the parking policy and applicable charges in advance to avoid any unexpected surprises.
