From Ms. Reham in Guest Relations, to Mr. Ahmed at the Reception, and all the rest of the wonderful team, including Housekeeping and Security, everyone has been incredibly kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming.
The entire team made my stay a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I sincerely appreciate their outstanding hospitality, warm smiles, and excellent service.
I would love to stay here again in the future, and I look forward to returning. Thank you all for making my stay so special!

The location, Clean, Room facilities
We were surprised to know , only upon checking out, that the parking spaces in the basement level were not complimentary. This information was not communicated to us at the time of during check-in by the receptionist when we ask for a park. In addition, the parking facility is shared with another hotel, and the hourly parking rates were not consistent, which caused confusion and a lack of transparency. We believe it would be beneficial for the hotel to clearly inform guests about the parking policy and applicable charges in advance to avoid any unexpected surprises.
