Housekeeping Atiqur Rehman and Sohag with their team Brilliant.
Reception arrogant, rude, abrupt, not accomadating.nir going the extra mile. No communication between Reception and Reservation, leaves guest in limbo. Entire Reception, Reservation and Management need professional skills development to work in hotel industry

Location Location Location To be fair, every single thing is b
The only thing I can say, the view would be much better if you remove the Window grille for al Haram view.

Nice location
Too costly. No breakfast. Haram view obstructed with grating. Not very responsive guest service. Hot water not working in some bathrooms. Air conditioning issues.
