Location is the best thing about the hotel, but I also have to give credit to the staff. It was not just one or two specific people who were nice, every staff member were courteous, respectful and welcoming. This is rare for hotels in Madinah, especially the ones closer to the Haram.

I'm knit picking here, but the hotel does feel a bit cramped or small but you get used to it after a night. It would also be good if the hotel connected their prayer room to the Haram, this way the elderly guests can pray here more often. Plus, when it gets crowded on Friday afternoon, the prayer room will be a suitable alternative to pray in.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish, and I would happily stay here again. The location was outstanding, being incredibly close to Gates 330, 329 and 328 of Masjid al-Haram. I would say it is less than **100 metres** from the hotel entrance to the Masjid gates. The road directly in front of the hotel is quiet, clean and easily accessible for taxis, making arrivals and departures very easy. Getting from our room to the hotel entrance was an absolute breeze, even for my 73-year-old mother. We could comfortably leave the room as soon as we heard the beginning of the Adhan and still make it to Salah with ease. For anyone travelling with elderly parents or young children, the location is hard to beat. I booked the King Palm Suite (Room 811) for myself and a Quadruple Room (Room 804) for my mother and young children. The suite was very spacious and conveniently located just a few doors away from the other room. This was perfect for our family, as everyone could gather in the larger living area during the day while still having separate bedrooms for sleeping. A special thank you to Jiyad at Reception. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He always greeted us with a smile, was patient with our questions, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out, and he is a credit to the hotel. If all the staff are like Jiyad, I would definitely return without hesitation. The housekeeping team on the 8th floor were also fantastic, particularly Shobeej, who was incredibly attentive and consistently provided outstanding customer service. Our rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day, fresh towels and amenities were always replenishedThe hotel felt brand new and beautifully maintained throughout, from the exterior to the lobby, corridors and rooms. Overall, a wonderful experience with an unbeatable location, beautiful facilities and genuinely caring.

The only minor point I would mention is that the lift access areas on the various floors still had the older décor and finish. I can understand why these areas may not have been prioritised as part of the refurbishment, and I appreciate that this may have been a practical decision to keep costs down. It certainly didn’t detract from our stay, so I wouldn’t consider it a negative—just a small observation that may be worth considering for a future refresh.
