The hotel was relatively new and in a good state of repair. Generally speaking the staff were kind and positive. In fact, on our last night, the staff gave us a free ride to a nearby restaurant.

When I arrived, my room had an extremely strong perfume smell. I found the two air fresheners (sticks in a perfume liquid) and removed them. In my bathroom, the toilet leaked from the bottom and I was always having to contend with that by putting large wads of toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. I didn't mention this to the hotel staff, because at the time I moved in, the hotel was full. In the cafe where we had breakfast, an enclosed space, they burned incense in the morning, which made eating breakfast in that space uncomfortable. How can you taste food with a heavy incense smell in the air? Also it's worth mentioning that breathing smoke from incense, especially in a closed space, has negative health consequences. Finally, there was often very loud music and conversations in the late evenings. When I visited other hotels in the area, they were usually quiet places with no loud noise at night. In addition, this hotel is located facing the often very loud highway. This wasn't a major problem for me, but if you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider this.
