Smooth check in and communication with the host, well quipped kitchen. Good location, easy access to nearby shops, tube and bus stops.

sheets and towels were still wet on arrival, bathroom light needs some fixing, the automatic sensor kept turning it off while in use. Few maintenance improvements would make it much better. Comfortable overall.

Great location with shops/cafes and train stations very close by.

The bed was very uncomfortable and it sank in the middle There was clothes drying on the rack in the bedroom which was so inconvenient - clothes were still wet (this has been mentioned multiple times on reviews so not sure why this hasn’t been addressed yet) The towels are of low quality, you can’t even dry yourselves as you still feel wet and they leave fluff everywhere (on you and everything else) Definitely could do with more attention cleaning wise - perhaps a deeper clean of the whole apartment is needed Previously guests left over food in fridge - bread and butter. Food from previous guests should not be left for the next guests Having a self catering apartment myself - in general some areas need to be taken care of.

Good location. The price was fair. But originally wanted nearly 300 pounds for one night stay. Was cancelled and rebooked for more than half the price which was confusing.

The bed somehow sunk on side so was rolling into the middle. Only two pillows on each bed between four people. Walls need a wipe or clean and maybe the wet bedding for the next guests could be moved as it’s in the kitchen diner room area.

Die Lage war super als Ausgangspunkt für den Städtetrip. Die Küche war gut mit Geräten ausgestattet.

Es war leider sehr verschmutzt (extrem staubig überall) . Die Betten für 5 Personen leider auch sehr klein (2 mal 1,40 Betten) und auch das Bettzeug war schon sehr abgewohnt - das Schlafsofa hatte kein Bettzeug und die Handtücher waren allesamt schmutzig, mit Flecken von Vorgängern. Wir hatten Koffer verloren und hatten beim Vermieter angefragt um eine Möglichkeit zur sicheren Hinterlegung da wir nicht in der Wohnung sitzen wollten- hier war keine Hilfe bei der Lösungsfindung möglich.
